Troubleshooting

Problem Possible cause Corrective action

Will not aspirate

– Dispensing cartridge not locked

– Dispensing cartridge leaks

– Filling valve leaks or is sticking

– Connection between filling tube and

tube of the cell-culture

– Lock dispensing cartridge (⇒ page 8).

– Mount new dispensing cartridge (⇒ page 13).

– Clean filling valve (⇒ page 16) or replace valve and seal.

– Stick adapter firmly onto the filling tube and pull tube firmly

onto the adapter.

– Clean tube or replace.

Piston and dispensing

cartridge difficult to move

– Crystal deposition

– Improper liquid aspirated

– Replace dispensing cartridge (⇒ page 13).

– Check, if liquid is proper to aspirate.

Liquid behind the piston of

the dispensing cartridge

– Dispensing cartridge leaks

– Replace dispensing cartridge (⇒ page 13).

Aspirated liquid can't be

delivered into the bottle

– Discharge valve sticking or damaged

– Clean valve (⇒ page 16) or replace.
